This year’s conference focuses on the strength that comes from working as one team and the responsibility we share to protect what matters most to our organizations, our customers, and the communities we serve. Leading together means aligning around a common purpose, sharing knowledge openly, and supporting one another through change. Throughout the conference, we will focus on how collaboration, clear direction, and strong partnerships can help us move forward with confidence and create meaningful results.

Protecting what matters most highlights the role we play in safeguarding the people, systems, and values that define our success. This includes protecting customer trust, strengthening operational resilience, and building a culture that supports our teams. The theme reminds us that leadership is not only about progress but also about responsibility. By coming together to learn, share, and lead with purpose, we can build a stronger future for everyone we serve.

We are seeking high-caliber speakers for the following roles:
• Keynote Speakers: Deliver keynote addresses that set the tone for the conference.
• Breakout Session Presenters: Lead engaging and informative breakout sessions.
• Some presenters may also participate in a Reverse Q&A panel after the Cyber Trivia contest.

We are looking for speakers who:
• Are innovative and creative thinkers
• Are supportive of community and knowledge sharing
• Provide valuable insights and actionable takeaways
• Avoid sales pitches in favor of educational content

Topics should align with the theme and vision of the conference and may include, but are not limited to:
• Emerging technologies and their impact on business
• Leadership strategies in tech-driven environments
• Bridging the gap between technical and executive teams
• Future trends in technology and business
• Case studies showcasing successful technology implementations

All proposals must be submitted by May 15, 2026.

Proposals will be reviewed by the TECHLeadership Conference committee. Selected speakers will be notified by June 1, 2026.
